A. Our ordering system utilizes state-of-the-art data encryption to ensure that your personal information will never be viewed by any unauthorized individuals. Q. Will I receive a notice that my order was received and will be delivered?

A.  Yes, Only if requested. If you want verification let us know and be sure to give us an e-mail address. The shipper will give us a tracking # that we will be able to use if necessary to track your purchase.


Q.  Can I order by phone? 

You may order online at BeMineGiftBaskets.com . We prefer that you order on line if possible. We want you to rest assured that your information is safe because it is encrypted for your protection. If for some reason you are still worried you can order by phone but it may take longer.

Q. What else do I need to know about placing my order online?

A. When  you have made your gift item  selections, you will be required to input delivery information as well as your billing address and credit card information. Please review this information to ensure that it is correct and complete - ALL fields must be filled in. If you do not supply complete information or if we encounter a problem with your order we will need to contact you. Please respond to our phone calls and/or e-mails as soon as possible to avoid further delivery delays


Will my gift look exactly like the photo?

Warehouse stocked gifts will come exactly as pictured (example, snack tower or boxed wine) unless it is necessary to place item down instead of upright for shipping purposes.) What is pictured and what the description of the product reads will be the actual content. Some items especially flowers and vases may have to be substituted due to popularity or in cases of an exotic flower due to the change of season we need to reserve the right to substitute. We will always give you equal value, like shape color and style. However if the color of the vase is not available, we will use a bow on a clear vase in the color you requested.


Are there any shipping and or delivery problems that I should know about ahead of time to prevent a non-delivery from happening?

YES, MOST DEFINETLY! Never give a P.O, box number. We must have exact addresses, example( 220 Elm Street Apt. #4 Third floor Beaver Pa, 15009) We are unable to send to a hotel room. We are only allowed to the front desk. We cannot guarantee delivery past that point. If you want a gift item sent to a business and you know they are closed certain days of the week, make sure you ask for a specific day and window of time to ensure that someone will be there to accept delivery. Also, WINE DELIVERIES------ A PERSON 21 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY AND SHOW A DRIVERS LICENSE>
