Return/ Refund Policy
Fresh Products: ( Fruit, and fresh food gift baskets) this also applies to balloons and mylar balloons, perishable and fragile products cannot be returned.
These products are covered by The  Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.
Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department and sent to our product return mailing address label that is on your package and call us at 724-869-1215.

All products ordered from us  are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We guarantee that your gift will arrive to your recipient in quality condition. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product please contact our customer service department immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Backorder Policy
Sometimes due to the popularity of an item or to changes being made, a gift item may be unavailable for a while. If this should happen to your selection or selections, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. If this occurs you will always have the option to choose another gift item. In certain cases a coupon may be issued. (Every order is important to us and will be handled on an individual basis.
We always have the right to substitute.  Our goal is to always send your gift exactly as pictured but in some cases especially fruit in season it may be necessary to substitute due to the time of year.. We will never compromise the quality of your order. 


Shipping Policies

Gift items or Gift Baskets that are considered fresh products such as fruit baskets and wine are delivered by local gift services design center. In some cases we may need 24 hour notice to fulfill your gift item request for fresh food baskets. Sunday delivery is not available in all areas. Rural areas may not be possible at any time. We cannot deliver these products to P. O. BOXES at any time. Addresses must be very specific, name house# or apt., condo ect. Also include floor or level, Bldg. # or direction, N.S.E. W. city and state and zip code . If the person to whom the gift was sent is not home at the time of delivery the driver will either leave a note or leave it with a neighbor if he feels it will  safe. If this is a hospital delivery you must have the full address of the hospital the patients name what floor and what room# included with the address. Hotel orders will only be delivered to the front desk of the hotel, again make sure that you have included the full address of the hotel. Please note we cannot guarantee shipping during times of severe weather,ie,tornadoes,hurricanes,severe snow storms, rain storms and flooding. These situations are considered out of our control and are not eligible for refunds on shipping. If you order a gift that is being shipped via Fed X  or UPS, Please be aware that the standard ground delivery provides an estimated delivery date, the delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date.  All products are delivered by the end of requested  day of requested delivery date. If a specific time is requested and we have notified you via e-mail  regarding our inability to guarantee a delivery time, we will do our best to meet your request. Please keep in mind, many states do not allow wine, champagne or any alcoholic beverage to be shipped by Fed Ex or UPS. In these cases you may have to make a hand delivered choice. 

We have a variety of shipping methods ranging from Standard Ground Delivery to Standard Overnight Delivery. Our gifts are shipped via FedEx and UPS.

Shipping amount is based on flat rate shipping. Most product will follow the shipping table below. 

  Mon-Fri, cutoff time to order is 2pm PST. During holidays cutoff times are extended, please add an item to your cart for up to date shipping information.

Note that most of our products cannot be "bundled" for shipping.

Please be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have any delivery time constraints.

Please be sure to read all shipping information carefully, you will find that various product types have different shipping concerns.

If your gift happens to be returned to us we will happily issue an in store credit for the purchase price of the gift. You can choose to take advantage of this immediately, or save it for your future gifting needs!

If you would like to return a gift received please contact our customer service department within 3 days of delivery to discuss your options.

If you purchase one of these items please remember this gift has been specially crafted just for you and your recipients. We are unable to accept returns on these items and will contact you immediately regarding reshipment if it happens to come back to us.

Balloons,fruit and some wine baskets are referred to as hand delivered gifts

In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery of fruit baskets. balloon bouquets are hand delivered to your gift recipient's home or office.

They can be delivered the same day you place your order, if you order by 2:00 PM in your recipient's time zone, Monday through Friday. If you are ordering for a same day Saturday delivery your order should be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.

Sunday delivery is available in most areas if the order is placed before 10:00 AM in the recipient's time zone. If we are unable to process your order for Sunday delivery we will contact you by phone and e-mail to arrange for an alternate delivery date. Same day delivery is guaranteed Monday through Friday if the order is placed before our cutoff time of 2:00 PM in the recipient's time zone, and Saturdays if placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.

Delivery to very rural areas may not be possible at any time.

The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not acceptable.

For delivery to hospitals, please include recipient's room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. For patients in critical care, , fruit baskets or balloons may not be permissible. Telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies.

The recipient's telephone number is required for possible address verification and to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.

If no one is there to receive delivery, our courier will make any decisions concerning the safety of the location to leave the gift basket or will attempt delivery at a later time.

In the case of holidays, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, order early to ensure delivery on or before the holiday (above restrictions apply).

We cannot deliver to airports.

Currently we are unable to provide online tracking for hand delivered gifts. To verify delivery of a hand delivered gift, please contact customer service.

The service charge per item for balloon bouquets is $9.95. 



Fruit Baskets
These gifts are referred to as hand delivered gifts.

Most Fruit Baskets are available for same day Monday through Saturday if ordered before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.

In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery of fruit baskets.

All items above apply to the delivery of fruit baskets.

The service charge per item for fruit baskets is $10.95 without alcohol, $11.95 with alcohol.



Damaged Goods Policy
 Fresh food products cannot be returned, example gift baskets that contain fresh fruit, and fresh food baskets. Perishable products and fragile products cannot be returned, however these products are covered by us and we will replace if they arrive damaged.
Non-Perishable gifts should be returned in their original packing after contacting our customer service at 724-869-1215. Leave a  message if there is no immediate answer and we will get back to you. If replacement is possible we will certainly replace it with no cost to you. Each problem will be looked at individually and will be resolved in the best interest of the customer. In some cases you may replace the item with something of the same value. Our goal is a satisfied customer.
